Try as I might, I can't seem to get Timmy to turn Archibald back to normal. I've completed the first four vaults, have the Mini Gumby, have talked to Timmy's mother, and have gotten to his birthday party. I'm probably forgetting something important. -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Have you given the gumby to Timmy? Ask him about "friend" and he should take it, then ask him about "Archibald" again. There is also an excellent walkthrough here: http://www.geocities.com/tracihedlund/AC2.html#1f -------------------- I say never be complete. I say stop being perfect. I say let's evolve. Response to 'friend': "All these goblins, hordlings, and ogres. I summoned them all." -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Have you actually been given the quest to find him a friend yet? -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

Urrr... I dunno. Maybe not. Do I have to ask his mother about something specific? -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Ya. "He liked my mother, but not me. So I sent him to the corn field." Response to "field": "The corn field is right outside Archibald's house. I sent him there instead of the pit, cause sometimes people can get out of the pit and I didn't want him to ever get out." On a side note, where on Earth is Shyguy? -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |

Try emailing him directly. His email should be in the ReadMe attached to the scenario download. Posts: 49 | Registered: Sunday, February 3 2002 08:00 |

All right, my brother is playing now, and here we go again. He has the Spark of Life, but he can't figure out how to insert it into the gumby on the third floor of the place on the Forbidden Island. I did it somehow, but it's not working for him. EDIT: Eh, never mind, problem solved. It seems that my brother was less than explorational enough to read all the dialog in the doctors' rooms. [ Saturday, January 28, 2006 09:14: Message edited by: ben12C8 ] -------------------- -ben4808 Posts: 3360 | Registered: Friday, June 25 2004 07:00 |
