If you ask Rentar-Ihrno about Quickfire in Exile 2, she will send you to get a tome from a place far to the north. Returning this tome will get you the Quickfire spell. If you don't want to do this quest, you can get an item which produces Quickfire from Pyrog's Cave. One of the major quests requires you to make Quickfire to be able to complete it.
