I've been trying to find someone who wants this stuff. I was hoping maybe a Shaper because I seem to have really annoyed them! I still can't get the quest from Alwan to help Moseh.

Is there a Shaper or someone on their side who wants the Research Notes? I've only found the rebel in the Inn.

Nobody wants Shaper Equipment and only the one rebel collects Research Notes as far as I could see.
