Step 1: Take a screenshot. On a Mac, use Apple-Shift-3 for a full screenshot or Apple-Shift-4 to choose which area to take a picture of. On Windows, use the Print Screen button or Alt-Print Screen. Step 2: Host your image, possibly after cropping. ImageShack is good. Step 3: Link to the image. In UBB Code, that's [ Image ] http://your image [ /image ], but with the spaces taken out of the brackets. —Alorael, who hopes that explains sufficiently.
