What would I use to allow the shaping of wingbolts/eyebeasts?

Can't figure it out. ;-;

I believe the only really simple way would be to change the get_reward of an easy quest you're working on. Add something like the ability-giving scripts in the canister area. I don't know the specific thing, just search the scripts for the canister area.
