Where do you get the perfected items? I mainly want to know where the gloves are.

If you had clicked the link near the top of the forum, you would have had the answer right now.

You need a pair of shaped gloves, some demon bile, and some mandrake tincture. Mix the two liquids together and then use the resulting potion on the gloves.
