I was wondering about the doors that were inside the Quessa Uss...like the one next to the switch in the lab. And the door in the meeting hall...has anyone been able to get upstairs??

You can't get upstairs, and you can only get into the meeting hall during cutscenes. There are a couple of other areas you can't get to either, including the room to the northeast of where you duel Salassar.
