I received the quest to purge Patricks Tower of the demon, which I did. However, when I go back up to tell them about, it's not acknowledged. I reverted to an earlier game, got rid of all the pylons, killed Lord Bhoralon and cohorts AGAIN and yet it's still not being acknowledged. Any ideas?? Thanks. Are you sure you killed the right demon? There are several down there. The one you want is near the centre; he's kinda hard to see because he blends in with the background, and you can talk to him instead of attacking immediately. Yup, he's definitely not the one with the pylons, off to the east. As Thuryl's said he's on his own. He's standing near a pit and directly underneath Patrick's tower, west of the area you've explored. -------------------- "I can't read this thread with that image. He'll summon four Hellhounds, though. -------------------- May the fires of Undeath burn in your soul, and consume it. Posts: 1636 | Registered: Wednesday, January 5 2005 08:00 |

By Eph: quote:I think I remember that fight... the hounds were targeting a spellcasting PC that they couldn't reach because my fighters had blocked a corridor. Since you couldn't win the fight until they had a chance at every PC, I broke the fight and had to reload. Almost as bad as the doppelgangers. -------------------- Doppelganger: Attack me! Attack me! Adventurers: No, you're an illusion. I'm attacking this one. Original: Ha ha! No damage! Adventurers: So we have to disrupt all your illusions before we can even touch you? Original: Of course! It wouldn't make sense otherwise, silly. Posts: 1509 | Registered: Tuesday, January 10 2006 08:00 |
