If I return to see Spider the quest is not resolved. What can I do to open the cage in the middle of the cave where are the bugs ? I suppose that that's it's important to open this cage, no ? Are you sure you're talking to the right spider? As long as you've received the quest to free the chitrachs and pulled the lever in the giant caves, you should be able to talk to the chief spider and get your reward.
