Hello all. This is my first post so flame away! Is there a way to slow down my computer speed by using some type of 3rd party software so my toons don't look like they are on crack?

Well, welcome. And while I'm not sure that this board is really the place for you to be asking this, I think it sounds like a problem with the files, not the computer.
