Avernum 5 Errata

I found some errata in Avernum 5.
The words highlighted by red shading are the errata.

An erratum is in 1st line of Private Tenchley's dialogue, who are patrolling just outside Blackchasm Outpost.
The form "a small a patrol" should be "a small patroll".

An erratum is in 1st line of Incantatrix Shanker's dialogue.
If my memory is correct, I had this dialogue after I pacified her "butler".
The form "the the considerable effort" should be "the considerable effort".

An erratum is in 1st line of 1st option, of Mayor Kilgore's dialogue.
The form "their their trifling demands" should be "their trifling demands".
