Emails to spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com are usually answered promptly - during business hours in Pacific Time, of course. PMs probably won't work, and trying to get their attention on this forum even less so. -------------------- Encyclopaedia Ermariana • Forum Archives • Forum Statistics • RSS [Topic / Forum] My Blog • Polaris • I eat novels for breakfast. Spidweb spends very little time on these forums, except immediately following a game release. Jeff has delegated that responsibility to non-employees. Try the spidweb email again. They occasionally don't get/ignore an e-mail or two, for unknown reasons. The E-mail above is the correct one, and we read and respond to all messages we recieve. But E-mail is not a flawless technology. Not all messages reach us. If you have a different E-mail address, try sending from that one. - Jeff Vogel -------------------- Official Board Admin spidweb@spiderwebsoftware.com Posts: 960 | Registered: Tuesday, September 18 2001 07:00 |

Wouldn't sending a PM be better than sending an email? PMs trigger emails that are infinitely less likely to get blocked. -------------------- ??? ?????? ???? ????? Posts: 883 | Registered: Wednesday, October 19 2005 07:00 |

You know, you could just call them: I'd hasten to recommend you only do that during "business hours" (9am to 5pm) Pacific Time but Jeff likely has something set up to avoid getting calls in the middle of the night anyway. Also keep in mind that you'll likely be talking to his secretary (his wife I believe?) so being nice helps tons. Posts: 85 | Registered: Sunday, March 18 2007 07:00 |

You know, 12 days is kind of late to post in a thread when the question has already been answered. -------------------- Encyclopaedia Ermariana • Forum Archives • Forum Statistics • RSS [Topic / Forum] My Blog • Polaris • I eat novels for breakfast.
