I can't respond to the topic Census[]. When does this happen? As soon as you click the Post Reply button on the topic page, or after you've typed up your reply and clicked the Add Reply button? If the former, I don't know what's wrong. I've had that happen a few times without knowing what exactly caused it. It might have been "<" and ">" signs (I've just posted them here without trouble though). If they don't work, try & lt ; and & gt ; without the spaces, that results in <>. It might also happen when you use quote tags strangely.
