Bug in geneforge 3

Error message

Deprecated function: implode(): Passing glue string after array is deprecated. Swap the parameters in drupal_get_feeds() (line 394 of /var/www/pied-piper.ermarian.net/includes/common.inc).

The boat at Gull island in Khor's deep is not there. used it once but came back to do more thing's. when I went back to use it again it's not there?how do I get it back!!!

The boat can be found in Gull North Docks, which is east of Khor's Deeps; it will take you back to the Isle of Spears.
