Okay, I registered a copy of Avernum about 2 years ago ( amazing game, might I add ) and I just got a new iMac last summer. I decided to reinstall Avernum on it so I could enjoy it once again, but it obviously is not registered. So, taking advice from the tech support guide, I emailed myself the preferences files. However, I'm running on OS X rather than OS 9, so I didn't know where to put them. I slipped them into the Preferences folder in the OS 9 System Folder, but Avernum refuses to recognize them. THE GAME IS NOT REGISTERED!!! AAAAAAHHHHH!!! ...Sorry, but as you can see I'm a tad frantic now that I've lost one of my favorite RPGs of all time. Anyone with some advice, please help. -------------------- "This is a fair request and I promise I will not judge any person only as a teenager. For you will constantly remind yourself that some of my generation judges people by their race, their belief, or the color of their skin, and that this is no more right than saying all teenagers are drunken dope addicts or glue-sniffers." - Less Than Jake Posts: 1 | Registered: Friday, November 21 2003 08:00 |

E-mail SpidWeb, providing the info you registered the game with, and they'll send you new codes. Jeff is very kind with these kind of things. -------------------- The Great Mister kommari@gmail.com[/url] Posts: 972 | Registered: Tuesday, October 28 2003 08:00 |
