For now, i just can play it when i am at my friend's house, and now, i cant play it, because my friend is on a camping trip. -------------------- Finished Sub2 levels: Shop"keep"er Machinery Complex Machinery Complex2 Machinery Complex3 Machinery Complex4 Munchkin City In progress: None Abandonned: T.E.L.E.P.O.R.T Sub-Way Posts: 80 | Registered: Saturday, November 6 2004 08:00 |

If I'm not mistaken, if you actually can emulate a Mac OS, all you need to do is download GF3 from the Spiderweb site and try to run it. It doesn't need to be converted in any way. If you need something converted, you don't have something that can really emulate a Mac OS. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. There's no such thing as a "ROM of the Mac OS"; an operating system is software, while ROM is firmware. What he wants is a ROM of an Apple Macintosh computer. Without knowing exactly which computers his particular emulator supports, I can't help (and besides, downloading one would likely be copyright infringement, which these boards don't approve of.) -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! *giggles* Sorry, but Mini vMac emulates a Mac Plus, which is a Mac that was made over a decade ago. Geneforge won't run on it. I'd tell you how to decompress the file anyway, but there wouldn't be much point. -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! To decompress .bin (MacBinary) files, use Stuffit Expander: http://www.stuffit.com/ -------------------- The Empire Always Loses: This Time For Sure! Posts: 9973 | Registered: Saturday, March 30 2002 08:00 |

One of the first things Google came up with. I can't vouch for its usefulness, but it sounds vaguely authoritative. -------------------- Arancaytar: Every time you ask people to compare TM and Kel, you endanger the poor, fluffy kittens. That's a different kind of .bin. It's a poor choice of file extension, really. :P But I don't know why Expander shouldn't be working. Is it giving an error message? EDIT: Hmm. Seems as if Expander for Windows can't decompress MacBinary. This actually isn't entirely surprising, considering that MacBinary is usually used to store Mac files, which have resource forks, which Windows can't handle anyway. Try downloading Stuffit Expander for Mac and using it within your Mac emulator to decompress the file.
