Getting to Isle of Spears

I am a pro shaper - shaper

I have cleared Gull Island and all previous island's areas
I have cleared the monastery, except for one room I can not get into.

I have found the access to the docks to get to the Isle of Spears, BUT -
I can not get the doors open. - I obviously do not have the key. Where do I get this from??

I would think from Agatha - but she did not give it to me.

any help please - Thanks

did you talk the whatsisface, the shaper who lives in a tower in the middle of nowhere? (aka, the west edge of the island)

I did finally get the dock key from the the recluse shaper on Gull Isle -
