24 area demo

Error message

The game says it has 24 area inside the demo. I have been everywhere inside the demo (I think) and I counted a lower number on the map. Does areas that don't show on the map count as an area? I think that this 24 number would include a number of areas not marked on the map, such as the Sea Cave and all the other underground areas. By the way, these underground areas are one of the new things about GF3 which I really like.
