To get through the keep to Rntar-Ihrno you need the key you found in the cave in the NE of Upper Avernum, where the New Formello murders happened. To get out of the Keep of Tinraya you need a key to be found in a Vahnatai Cabinet after you have been captured by Rentar-Ihrno.
