if you disagree with anything the Anama tell you or you buy fake rings in Lorilei you can't join but I wanted to solve a quest for a person who is a member of the Anama and I can't I tried to fix this problem n the charcter editor but Anonar still says I can't jin. this is messed up. can you help me I've tried everything?

There is really no solution to your problem, I'm afraid. The quest is not integral to the game, I suggest moving on. Also, I doubt it is possible to complete EVERY quest on a single play through due to the decisions you have to make.

It isn't. The vampire and the ogres are one obvious example of a mutually exclusive pair of quests; there may be more.
