I've done the Taker, Barzahl, Awakened and Loyalist endings. I was wondering, if you kill everyone and are heavily modified, do you just end up getting executed?

Killing absolutely everyone gets you the unaligned ending, which is arguably the best ending if you're unmodified and still pretty good if you're modified.
