As for rankings of BoA scenarios themselves? Check the Lyceum'sScenario Rankings Tables - although, obviously, they aren't really that big right now. Spiderweb's official scenario page is here; you can read several reviews of the BoA scenarios which are out, and write your own. Hope I've helped in some way. Cheers. Edited for clarity.
