where is it? Could anyone help me please!? I've searched everywhere in that area (looks like a tower when you get in) where all the panels and golems are after you have to fight off all the altered beasts and in the waste disposal area and couldn't find anything... also, i can't find a way through the poricullis in that waste disposal area. ..

There is a wisp, no? Talk to it, it tells you to use the northern panel (if I remember right).
For the waste disposal. You have to go once around, the portcullis are on the southside. And I assume that you need a key.
Um ... isn't there a walkthrough for VoDT in the manual?
