If you're stuck in a more specific section, post here and help will be provided. —Alorael, who recalls entering a cave, fighting many lizards, and getting the fang from that. He can't remember where that cave was, unfortunately, but you can either wander the perimeter of Skylark Vale or head to the walkthrough in the docs for that, too.
