How are the scripts stored: 1. embedded within the game file or 2. same setup as Geneforge and GF2 If option 1 -- is the final file very large i.e. 'stuffed' with all that text If option 2 -- I see alot of cheating here. For example: mission one, slay Goblin King. You slay him and get your rewards from 'someone' that gaved you the mission. Rewards: 50 exp pts and 75 gold. With the scripts - editing the section file -- one can change the amount of exp pt. and gold for slaying the Goblin King. -- exp. pts: 500 gold: 500 In BOE, game files can be 'password' protected. Preventing anyone from messing with the game data. Under scripts (option 2) there is NO password protection. Therefore, how in BOA are scripts protected from being changed???
