Where in Canopy is the merchant who offers Maximillian or Saljuq? I've been everywhere, even beat the scenario but want to reload and get these items. Thanks.

You mean Dandy Dobson? I talked to him but he mentions someone named Artigiano. Where is he or do I need to just bring Dandy some of the material to initiate the 'deal'? (I know what material he needs is.)

Nevermind, I found Artigiano but he doesn't talk to me. Do I need to get the material first b4 he will conversate?

You need to collect mithril ore, take it to Dobson, and have it refined. You can then make a special request for a mithril item.

By the way, in case you're wondering where to find mithril ore, it's those big honkin' grey boulders you've seen around the place. Stand next to one and look at it to collect it.
