I don't know how I did it, but I managed to break my Death Charm in Death at Chapman's. I used it once immediately after I got it, then talked to Fran about it and went back inside the school. When I confronted Melville with it, activating the Death Charm wouldn't call the special at all - there was absolutely no effect.

This problem was remedied by using the character editor to create another Death Charm, so it is being submitted more as a bug report than a cry for help.
