Oregon played fast and loose with Ballot Measures this year, racking up 10 of them. As of 11:40pm, Unofficial results stands as follows.
BM 39 - Restriction on condemnation - Passes with 67%
BM 40 - Judge residency requirements - Fails with 55%
BM 41 - Income tax deduction increase - Fails with 63%
BM 42 - Insurance use of credit scores - Fails with 65%
BM 43 - Parental notice prior to teen abortions - Fails with 54%
BM 44 - Expands prescription drug coverage - Passes with 77%
BM 45 - Term limits on legislators - Fails with 58%
BM 46 - Limits campaign donation types - Fails with 60%
BM 47 - Limits campaign donations - Passes with 54%, but fails if BM 46 fails. :rolleyes:
BM 48 - Imposes spending limits on state - Fails with 70%
